We would like to introduce our fastest visual inspection solution for 3D high gloss surface. Our solution is in use at our German customer’s production site.
As in the video, 460 doorhandles are inspected in an hour which means only 7 seconds are needed per door handle. Usually, this kind of tasks will take 30-60 seconds are needed in human eye inspection.
We are completely speechless as it was impressively working well at our site.
